Road Town
The Road Town project was my very first renovation and my first major large-scale investment. The purchase and renovation took place during the pandemic, which added a unique set of challenges. The property was originally a three-unit house that I successfully converted into a four-unit rental property with ten parking spaces. All construction was managed remotely from my home base in Atlanta, Georgia, since I was unable to travel due to pandemic restrictions. This also meant that all materials and supplies were purchased and shipped directly from Atlanta to my contractor on-site.

Let’s reclaim our communities—one home at a time—by buying the land back and building generational wealth in the process. This isn’t just about real estate; it’s about legacy, ownership, and empowering future generations.
Together, we can invest in the neighborhoods that shaped us, restore what’s been lost, and create opportunities that last. Whether you’re a fellow investor, a community leader, or simply someone who believes in collective progress, there’s a role for you in this movement.
